- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 lb chicken tenders
- 1/4 cup butter, divided
- 2 cups heavy cream
- In the bowl, mix salt, chili, onion, and garlic powders, and cayenne pepper. Season chicken tenders on both sides with the seasoning mixture.
- Melt half of the butter in a large sauce pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken tenders and cook about 8 minutes, or until done.
- Add heavy cream and remaining butter into the sauce pan. Lower heat and let simmer about 5-7 minutes, until the sauce thickens.
- Serve chicken and pour sauce atop of mashed potatoes or pasta.
