Ingredients
  1. 1/2 tsp salt
  2. 1 1/2 tsp chili powder
  3. 1 1/2 tsp onion powder
  4. 2 tsp garlic powder
  5. 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  6. 2 lb chicken tenders
  7. 1/4 cup butter, divided
  8. 2 cups heavy cream
Instructions
  1. In the bowl, mix salt, chili, onion, and garlic powders, and cayenne pepper. Season chicken tenders on both sides with the seasoning mixture.
  2. Melt half of the butter in a large sauce pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken tenders and cook about 8 minutes, or until done.
  3. Add heavy cream and remaining butter into the sauce pan. Lower heat and let simmer about 5-7 minutes, until the sauce thickens.
  4. Serve chicken and pour sauce atop of mashed potatoes or pasta.
