An impossibly yummy dish that will make your mouth water with just one look on it! This glazed pork is truly incredible, your dinner guests will want to fight for the very last bite. So you’re better to double the recipe, so that everyone will have their second-helpings. The pork turns out very moist and tender inside, but that crisp on the outsides makes it so to die for. This recipe only calls for a few easy ingredients and surprisingly it takes little time. In just 15 minutes these pork chops can be served with any side dish like mashed potatoes, pasta or regular veggies.

  1. 4 thick cut pork chops
  2. 1/4 cup brown sugar
  3. 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper powder
  4. 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  5. 1/2 tsp paprika

  2. Combine brown sugar with spices in a bowl.
  3. Lay pork chops on the work surface and rub both sides of each with brown sugar mixture.
  4. Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add pork chops. Cook until lightly browned on both sides, about 5 minutes per side.

The word “rolls” is usually associated with puffy buns and other things like cinnamon rolls… But these hearty and filling balsamic glazed steak rolls have absolutely nothing to do with all you could ever imagine. Because these totally yummy and savory rolls are made of tender and juicy steaks and filled with veggie mix of bell peppers, zucchinis, mushrooms and onions.More variants you can see here . The perfect combo is completed with incredible glaze of rosemary balsamic sauce. This is a really unusual recipe, that’s why it would be so wrong to ignore it.

Ingredients
  1. 8 thin slices of sirloin or flank steak
  2. olive oil
  3. salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  4. fresh rosemary, chopped
  5. 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  6. 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
  7. 1 medium zucchini, thinly sliced
  8. 1 medium yellow onion, halved and thinly sliced
  9. couple of cremini mushrooms’ cups, thinly sliced
  10. 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
  11. 1 large clove garlic, minced
  12. 1/4 cup dark balsamic vinegar
  13. 2 tbsp dry red wine
  14. 2 tsp brown sugar
  15. 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
  16. 1/4 cup Progresso™ beef flavored broth
Instructions
  1. Rub both sides of the steak slices with a little oil. Season with salt, black pepper and chopped rosemary.
  2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, heat 1 tbsp oil. Once hot add vegetables, season with salt and pepper and cook until crisp-tender.
  3. On one end of each steak slice, arrange a dollop of the vegetable strips vertically, so that the ends of the vegetables will stick out of each end of the steak roll. Roll the steak up, and secure with a toothpick. Repeat with the remaining steak slices.
  4. To make the rosemary balsamic glaze heat the olive oil in a small saucepan over medium-high heat, add garlic and cook for 1 minute. Then add balsamic vinegar, red wine, brown sugar and rosemary sprigs. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and allow simmer for 5 minutes, uncovered. Add broth, bring to a boil again, then reduce heat to low and allow simmer for 15 minutes more. Retrieve the rosemary sprigs.
  5. Grease and preheat the grill. Arrange rolls on the grill and cook until brown crust appears, for about 2 minutes per side. If using a skillet, fry rolls over medium-high heat.
  6. Serve hot, drizzled with the rosemary balsamic glaze.

Ingredients
  1. 1 1b ground beef
  2. 1 ounce Old El Paso™ taco seasoning mix
  3. 3/4 cup water
  4. 1 1/2 pounds mini bell peppers
  5. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Cilantro Cream Sauce
  1. 1/2 cup sour cream
  2. 1/2 cup fresh cilantro
  3. 1/2 tsp minced garlic
  4. 2 tbsp lime juice
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. Cut 1/3 of the pepper off lengthwise, reserving the cut parts for later use. Remove the seeds. Cut the side that is curvier off and remain the flatter side, so that will help peppers not to turn over while baking.
  3. Cut the reserved parts of peppers into cubes and set aside 3/4 cup.
  4. Heat olive oil in the 10″ skillet and once hot cook the beef with reserved 3/4 cup chopped peppers over medium-high stirring occasionally, about 5-7 minutes or until beef is brown. Drain excess liquid from the skillet. Add taco seasoning mix and water. Cook over medium heat for 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Turn off the heat and let slightly cool.
  5. Fill each bell pepper with the beef mixture and arrange on the baking sheet. Bake for 13-15 minutes.
  6. Meanwhile, make the Cilantro Cream Sauce. In a food processor or blender, combine the sour cream with cilantro, garlic, and lime juice. Pulse until smooth. Place into the refrigerator until peppers are done.
  7. After 13-15 minutes remove peppers from heat and sprinkle with cheese. Return to the oven and bake for another 1-2 minutes, or until cheese is completely melted.
  8. Serve topped with a dollop of cilantro cream sauce.

Ingredients
  1. 4 slices bacon, cut in halves crosswise
  2. 1/3 cup plus 1 tbsp milk
  3. 4 eggs, slightly beaten
  4. salt and pepper, to taste
  5. 1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
  6. 1 can (8 ounces) Pillsbury™ crescent dinner rolls
  7. 1 cup Mexican cheese blend, shredded
  8. chopped fresh cilantro, if desired
  9. 1 cup salsa sauce, if desired
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper
  2. In a skillet, cook bacon over medium, for about 4 minutes or until cooked through. Transfer to the paper towels and wipe the skillet, reserving only 2 tsp of bacon fat. Set aside.
  3. In a medium bowl, whisk together 1/3 cup of the milk, eggs, salt and pepper. Add chopped bell pepper. Pour the mixture into the skillet. As eggs begin to set push the cooked portions with spatula to outside edge of the skillet, avoiding constant stirring. Cook until eggs are cooked through, about 5-6 minutes.
  4. Unroll the dough and separate it into 8 triangles. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange dough triangles with shortest sides toward the center, so they will create a star with 4″ circle in center. Make sure the points of crescent dough don’t hang over edges of baking sheet.
  5. Place bacon slices on each dough triangle, top with 1/3 cup of the cheese onto the part of dough closer to the center. Add egg mixture and sprinkle with another 1/3 cup of the cheese. Pull points of dough triangles over toppings, and roll to create a ring. Gently brush the dough with 1 tbsp milk and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until nicely browned. Remove from heat and let cool for 2 minutes. Transfer onto the serving plate. Serve garnished with chopped cilantro.
