Ingredients
  1. 1 round loaf Italian or sourdough bread
  2. 1/4 cup butter, melted
  3. 1 tsp dry ranch dressing mix
  4. 1/2 cup cooked thick-cut bacon, chopped
  5. 1/4 cup jarred jalapeno peppers, chopped
  6. 3/4-ounce American cheese, chopped
  7. 2 tsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. Using serrated knife, cut bread in grid pattern, leaving about 1-inch between each row. Do not cut all the way through. Set aside.
  3. In medium bowl, combine melted butter, ranch dressing mix, bacon, jalapeno and cheese.
  4. Place two 24-inch pieces aluminum foil, crossing one over the other and place loaf in center. Spoon the cheese mixture into cut areas of bread. Wrap foil around bread. Place onto the baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for another 5-10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  6. Serve hot, sprinkled with parsley.
