Ingredients
  1. 8 ounces pizza dough
  2. 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  3. 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, grated
  4. 9 slices salami
  5. 7 slices deli honey ham
  6. 1 egg, beaten
  7. dried parsley, parmesan cheese, extra pizza sauce for garnishing and serving
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 500 F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or grease with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Stretch the pizza dough on baking sheet to approximately 10x16 size.
  3. Spread 2/3 of the pizza dough with pizza sauce lengthwise, then top sauce with 3/4 cup mozzarella, salami and ham and the remaining cheese.
  4. Brush the remaining rectangle of dough with the beaten egg. Fold in the sides about 1” and brush with egg. Roll up lengthwise starting from the edge of dough topped with the fillings and ending with the plain dough. Brush the resulting rollup with egg and make slits in the top of the dough, every 1-2 inches. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and more cheese atop.
  5. Bake 8-10 minutes or until slightly golden. Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes before cutting. Serve with pizza sauce for dipping.
