These potatoes are tossed with garlic and ranch seasoning which makes them so utterly fragrant and yummy, no one will be able to resist such potatoes. Yet these roasted potatoes are simple as any regular ones, just adding a few more ingredients and a couple of minutes to the cooking time.

Ingredients
  1. 3 pounds baby Dutch potatoes, halved
  2. 2 tbsp olive oil
  3. 4 cloves garlic, minced
  4. 1 ounce Ranch Seasoning and Salad Dressing Mix
  5. salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  6. 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  7. 2 tbsp chopped parsley leaves, for garnish
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 F. Lightly grease baking sheet or apply non-stick spray.
  2. Arrange potatoes in the baking sheet intone layer. Drizzle olive oil, sprinkle minced garlic and Ranch Seasoning, season with salt and pepper, if desired. Toss to combine.
  3. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden sides of potatoes are golden brown and crisp. Stir in butter until melted, and bake for about 1 additional minute.
  4. Serve immediately, sprinkled with chopped parsley leaves, if desired.
