Ingredients
  1. 1 banana
  2. 1 dark chocolate chips
  3. 2 tbsp coconut oil
Instructions
  1. Slice banana into rounds and arrange them on a tray. Put the tray into the freezer for about an hour, or until frozen and solid.
  2. Meanwhile, combine chocolate chips and the coconut oil in a small microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds and stir to combine, then microwave for another 15 seconds and stir again, so that the chocolate is completely melted and smooth. Microwave again, if necessary. Set aside and let cool.
  3. Replace bananas from freezer and dip them into the chocolate, making sure they are evenly coated on all sides. Arrange chocolate covered banana slices on parchment or waxed paper lined tray and put the tray back in the freezer. Freeze until chocolate has hardened.
  4. Store in freezer in a zip-lock bag.
