Ingredients
  1. 6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  2. 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  3. 3 tbsp Dijon mustard
  4. 3 cloves garlic, minced
  5. 1 lime, juiced
  6. 1/2 lemon, juiced
  7. 1/4 cup brown sugar
  8. salt and ground black pepper, to taste
  9. 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
  1. In a bowl, combine all the listed ingredients, except chicken and oil.
  2. While whisking the mix very quickly, drizzle it with oil very slowly.
  3. Place chicken in a large zip-top bag and add 1/2 - 3/4 of the marinade. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  4. Grill over medium high heat until juices run clear.
  5. Serve immediately.
